If you have the corresponding hole centre distance that matches our handle size then yes however, we always advise you to check your current setup and if necessary measure the current hole distance of your cabinet/door before purchase.

A common handle size has a centre hole distance 128(mm) and drill hole is typically 4(mm) to fit an M4 screw.

We recommend to use the washers provided as this gives more stability between the handle and the surface in which you are mounting it the handle to.

If you need to make brand new holes it is relatively easy to do, there are plenty of tutorials online especially on YouTube, we advise to use the proper tools necessary and if unsure of how to install the handles by drilling new holes then seek a professional services to avoid damaging your furniture or the products.

You should avoid using abrasive materials and harsh chemicals when cleaning any of our brass products.

We recommend to use a slightly dampened natural fibre cloth like cotton and wipe dry to the touch.

We use solid brass for the majority of our products which has antimicrobial benefits but we do recommend to clean your products regularly for good hygiene especially in high traffic places, it will generally keep it in good condition and also will keep your space looking fresh.

We use a hard-wearing lacquer to protect the brass however, all products are subject to ageing and appearance may naturally change over time depending on usage.

Some of the brass products may acquire a warm patina with age which is something to look forward to in years to come.

We currently do not sell replacement parts for our products however, if you have missing/damaged parts and need replacements just get in touch and we will resolve the issue for you as soon as possible.

If you need to create new holes we advise you to check with your manufacturer/supplier of your door, find out the best way to drill the necessary holes or seek professional services to avoid any damage to your hardware or furniture.

Hooks can be placed on most flat surfaces. We provide a standard universal wall plug that is suitable for the majority of walls (dry wall, wood, concrete, stone) however, we advise you to double check the material of your wall and if you are unsure of the material or how to fix the wall plug seek a trade professional for help.

If necessary you can also purchase an alternative wall plug from your local hardware store to suit your needs.

Yes you can use our hardware for wet spaces like a bathroom or toilet with good ventilation.

Our hardware can resist general amounts of water splash and moisture, we do recommend to clean regularly with a damp natural fibre cloth.

We do not advise to use the hardware in the shower area or areas where it will be submerged in water.

Yes you can use our bulbs in wet spaces like a bathroom or toilet with good ventilation as long as it's within a light fixture that is certified for use in wet spaces; it should be enclosed and there should not be direct exposure to water or moisture to the bulb.

Yes, all of our products are designed and intended for commercial usage thus being suitable for home use. We collaborate with interior architects and designers which in turn which helps us consistently improve our designs.
